Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. They are also vacuumed during this process to remove grass and sand. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness (some grass and sand may remain in a clean unit as they get into seams and the vacuum doesn’t always get all the small particles).
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
The prices on our website include all fees and taxes. The only change to this would be if you are looking at prices without inputting a delivery address. If you are not in our local area (within 25 miles of our store), there is a delivery fee that will be added into your quote.
Once you have a quote for your party address, the price is complete.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
While we enjoy setting up inflatables at home so that you don’t have to pack your kids up to go anywhere, we also can set up at local parks (in Camden and Elgin), we can also set up at your local church or a business as long as an authorized representative of that church or business gives up permission prior to the event.
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use in the contract. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (50ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present. There is a fee to add water to our inflatables as adding water includes more man-hours for the cleaning process as well as for the pick-up of the item at the conclusion of your event. Please choose “Water Slide” when making your selection if you wish to have water added and it will add the appropriate fee.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags or concrete filled buckets.
R&S Inflatables is fully insured with the policy being renewed in January each year. If your venue or event requires a “Certificate of Additional Insured,” please call us and we will coordinate obtaining the appropriate documentation with our insurance company.
Starting in January 2024, we will require a 10% deposit on all private party rentals. The reason for this is to ensure that you are serious about renting an inflatable when you make your booking.
There is nothing worse than someone booking the Frozen Combo (or another themed item) four to six weeks before an event, and another person calling to book a week or two later and us having to tell them the item is not available, just for the original person booking the inflatable to cancel without a good reason.
That is why we made the difficult choice to require a deposit going forward.
There are a ton of reasons that a party has to be cancelled, whether someone is sick or injured, someone passed away, the weather is awful, or just because you cannot have the party for some reason.
Our refund policy is listed below in various parts:
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the start of the rental (non-weather related) – Any payment made will be refunded minus the deposit and transaction fee charged by our Merchant Card Service Provider.
- Cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the start of the rental (all reasons) – if you want to move the rental to another date, we will move your item (pending availability) to a new date and your deposit will continue to hold that rental. The new date must be scheduled within 48 hours of notification of the cancellation. If you wish to cancel and not move the rental, you will be refunded your payment minus the deposit and transaction fee charged by our Merchant Card Service Provider.
- For weather related cancellations within 48 hours of the rental, we will offer to move your rental to a new date, or refund you your payment minus the transaction fee charged by our Merchant Card Service Provider.
- We understand that emergencies happen and reserve the right to treat cancellations within 48 hours as if they are outside of 48 hours at our discretion.
We make every effort to set up your event, however we will always be 100% safe. Sometimes that means that we will cancel on short notice due to the weather forecast. In over 8 years of conducting rentals, we have only had to cancel a handful of events where the customer still wanted to have the event.
We will cancel when the weather forecast is gusts of wind over 20 MPH for the entire party timeline, or there is severe thunderstorms. We call each customer 24-48 hours before their event to discuss the weather as well as delivery/pick-up times.
We have several discounts that run continuously.
These discounts are listed below:
- First Responders/Military – 10% off (Call or e-mail us after you have input your quote and we will update the quote prior to you paying your deposit)
- Churches (use code “Church” – must be validated as an authorized event)
- Schools (use code “School” – must be validated as an authorized event)
- Bounce House Discount – 20% off (use code bouncer20)
Periodically we will run a Special where we offer either a percentage or a dollar amount off of specific rental items.
These specials are for the stated timeframe only, and will not be transferred to a new date should you have to cancel for any reason other than weather (weather date changes will maintain the discount).
Our loyalty discount is a $125.00 gift certificate for use on an inflatable rental. To obtain this gift certificate, you must successfully complete five rentals (minimum of $40 per rental). You will then obtain a $125 credit on your sixth rental.
All five rentals do not have the be at the same address, but have to be completed by the same person.
We periodically run “Specials” where we may give off a percentage or a set dollar amount off of a rental. These specials cannot be combined with our discounts.
The one exception to this is the “loyalty discount.” The loyalty discount is actually a gift certificate, not a discount, so you can still get the price of a “Special” and the loyalty discount together.
